Kayo's quality assurance system is strictly implementing ISO9001:2000 system which is made of IQC, IPOC FQC QE QA and Metrology. The qualified quality control group, the advanced inspection equipments, keep every processing steps on the battery production, ranging from raw material inspection, manufacture process to shipment inspection, in strict control, which makes sure the excellent quality of Kayo batteries.
IQC: Inspect and control over all incoming materials and components to make sure that only qualified suppliers follow into each production run
IPQC: Inspect and control over all of manufacturing processes. Being quality warning, every staff is called on to join in efforts to maintain ongoing consistency and quality. When anything goes wrong, correction is done quickly.
QA: In charge of all tests in QA division according to IEC standards and customers¡¯ requirements.
QE: Quality engineer work with product quality control system, manufacturing process technical issues and product implementation. Broad training enables them to analyze the process capability to manufacturing operations, suggest processing and product construction changes, and solve both short-term and long-term problems.
FQC: Final inspection on finished goods before shipment is to assure delivery without and defect.
Metrology: metrology control.
